A playful nod to the confectionery side of the season, the Sugar Plum Shop Statement Bow layers classic Christmas red with just enough whimsy to make things interesting.
The design begins with a beautiful Lurex-infused designer velvet, giving the rich red base the most subtle dusting of shimmer. It is layered with a “sugared” ticking-stripe grosgrain ribbon (and by sugared, we mean glittered) for a little sparkle and plenty of texture.
For the whimsical layer, a cookie-and-candy-inspired designer ribbon brings gingerbread-style treats, candy canes and old-fashioned Christmas charm into the mix. A playful red polka-dot ribbon finishes the composition, adding one last bit of pattern without competing with the star of the show.
