Meet Jasmine
Hey there, I'm Jasmine! I'm a mom, part-time holiday stylist, and the proud owner of J. Anise & Co! I've always been super creative. When I was just 9 years old, with the love and support of my parents, I started my very first business called "Jazzy Bows". I handcrafted and sold hair bows for kids and adults. While the company only lasted a few years, it sparked my love for creativity, leading me to paint a mural at my middle school and join a fine arts program for kids.
When I first headed off to college, I thought I wanted to pursue a degree in biology. But soon I realized my true passion lay elsewhere. I switched majors and earned a BFA degree with a focus on Graphic Design. Despite my professional career taking a different path, my passion for holiday decorating remained strong. I'd been decorating trees with my grandmother since I was a kid, learning the art of bow making and the importance of using high-quality materials. Together, we created beautiful spaces for countless holiday get-togethers.
When it came time to find ribbons and decor for my son's very first Christmas, my passion grew even stronger. I was determined to create the same beautiful backdrop for his holiday memories as I had as a child. This mission inspired the birth of J. Anise & Co. I wanted to provide top-notch materials, services, and information to help you create a beautiful backdrop for your own holiday memories.
My goal is to offer you the resources and confidence to create a holiday home you'll love, year after year!
