Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We hope you LOVE the spools and accessories purchased from us! Should you not be completely satisfied, please contact us within 14-days of the order processing date OR prior to December 1st (whichever comes first).

 
The following applies for each return or exchange:

All merchandise must be unused, and in the same condition as sold.

The returned merchandise must also be in the original packaging.We require proof of purchase, or the original receipt.

Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be returned via the original form of payment.

Sale items, gift cards, or items purchased using a discount code are FINAL SALE therefore, non-refundable.

To begin the return process please adhere to the following process outlined below:

  1. Email info@janiseandco.com, please include ATTN RETURNS DEPT (ORDER NUMBER) in the subject line.
  2. We will reply with return shipping details.

Please note the following: 

Shipping costs for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We do not guarantee the returned items will be received by us.

order cancellations: 
we strive To pRocess and ship as quickly as possible. Therefore once the order is placed there is a very small window in which the order can be canceled. Requests for cancellation must be received in writing within 15 Minutes of the order being placed. Once your request is recEived you will be provided written confirmation of the cancelLation. Otherwise All other retUrn processes will apply.

Additional non-returnable items:

Items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned outside of the return guidelines and deadlines listed above.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale/Clearance/Last Chance Items:

Only regular priced items are eligible for return. Unfortunately, sale, clearance and last chance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.

Defective/Damaged Items:

We pride ourselves on providing our customers with high quality, well crafted products. Should your item be defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of having received your product. This item may be exchanged for the same item.

Please contact us via email with a description of your exchange inquiry.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {info@janiseandco.com}.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@janiseandco.com please provide a description of the defect in your correspondence.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your qualifying product, you should contact us for shipping instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING Policy 

We ship via USPS via the method chosen by the purchaser. We attempt to validate all addresses provided. If we are unable to validate the address you will be contacted. You order will be held for 2 business days pending your confirmation. If no response received your order will be canceled. Once the order is processed you will receive an email with a tracking number.  

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: 

In the unlikely event of a lost or stolen package. We first ask you check with neighbors or household members to attempt to locate package. If unsuccessful, contact us and we can assist in establishing a trace on the package. You can also establish one by contacting https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm. If the trace confirms proper delivery you will need work through your local authorities to report the theft. Unfortunately we are unable to refund stolen merchandise.
